Bridal Suite and Groom Lounge

One of the best parts about the wedding experience is the getting-ready experience. Trailhead Venues boasts an incredible bridal suite and groom’s lounge. These spaces provide a complementary experience for both halves of the wedding party, allowing everyone to get ready without too much relocation.

Bridal Suite

The bridal suite features soft lighting and neutral colored palettes with beautifully patterned embellishments that are picturesque. Large mirrors and multiple hair/makeup stations allow everyone to get in the mood in an aesthetically pleasing, calm morning setting. Groom Lounge

The groom’s lounge has a similarly appealing design. Moody rustic-meets-modern styling that helps the guys feel comfortable while they wait to get ready. The styling vibes well with the Smoky Mountain aesthetic. Nothing is too far away, so if someone needs something, they have it right there without wasting their time away from their friends.

The Grand Hall

The Grand Hall is the main reception space at Trailhead Venues. Guests enter through a tall, castle-style front door that opens into a large, open room with reclaimed-wood ceilings and full-glass walls. These windows offer wide views of the Smoky Mountains and let natural light fill the space throughout the day.

The layout is designed to be flexible for receptions, dinners, and dancing. The combination of wood finishes and mountain views creates a setting that feels connected to the surrounding landscape while still providing a comfortable indoor space for guests.

Trailhead Venues also offers a Glass Pavilion and Greenhouse that can be added to your wedding weekend. These flexible spaces work well for rehearsal dinners, cocktail hours, welcome parties, post-ceremony gatherings, or a relaxed Sunday brunch.

The Greenhouse is a Hartley Greenhouse glass structure that seats about 20 people. It works well for photos, cocktail hours, or smaller gatherings and offers a bright, garden-style setting.

The Glass Pavilion seats up to 50 guests and features sliding glass doors that create an indoor/outdoor feel. It is often used for rehearsal dinners or welcome events.
