Low-Lit Wedding with Effortlessly Cozy Vibes
Those last bits of Fall have officially faded away, and we are looking to towards those cool nights of winter. This low-lit wedding with effortlessly cozy vibes celebrates the beginning of this change in the weather. Even though it’s hard to give up the warmth of the summer, we are here to say “Hello Winter!” It’s easy to do when you plan a wedding that matches the season.
Winter Wedding Inspiration
You know I can never get enough cozy, urban vibes, which is why I am crushing hard on this low-lit wedding. This wedding inspiration came to life with the old industrial charm of The Mill & Mine. But there Ashley and Garrett added in one thing that we can always behind: romantic lighting. Romantic lighting is always on hand at The Mill and Mine with Edison light bulbs that line the brick walls. But Ashley and Garrett also brought along a few lighting ideas to this venue. Lanterns lined the ceremony aisle that led directly to a wall of twinkle lights. The twinkle lights were the perfect way to create an intimate vibe in an expansive space. The wedding couple also added lights to mason jars on the reception tables as well. If you are looking for a quick and romantic idea to create ambiance in your cozy, winter wedding then adding lights is a must.
The Mill & Mine Wedding Venue
I love the urban charm of this venue. The brick walls and wood elements create a simply unique backdrop for any wedding. A venue like the Mill and Mine radiates ambiance. Selecting the right venue for your wedding day is always a tough decision. And whether you are looking for a venue for your ceremony and/or the reception, this venue will provide a memorable experience for everyone. There’s something romantic about starting a new journey in an old section of a city, and in a building that rose again after destruction. The event space, while new, retains the elements of the building that once stood on the site.
Low-Lit Wedding Photographer
The indoor skylights, outdoor patio, and brick walls all make for great wedding photography. But, low-lit weddings can also be a bit tricky. With over 160 weddings under my belt, I have seen nearly every type of lighting possible. For very bright days to very low-lit weddings. As a professional wedding photographer, The Mill & Mine is one of my many favorite local wedding venues. If you are interested in having me around for a day, contact me at any time! I would love to get to know you.
