Dreamy Celestial Wedding in Tennessee
The stars aligned for Whitney and Cheyne. This wedding couple first met under a clear night sky, so it’s no surprise that they would plan a unique celestial wedding.
Whitney designed their wedding day written for the cosmos. The reception decor was simple, with shades of blue for the linens and illuminated by the thousands of twinkle lights overhead at The Press Room. Tall centerpieces from Lisa Foster Floral Design adorned each table designed, while constellation stationery highlighted guests’ plates.
We cannot get over how the cake detail came together in a most out-of-this-world way. The wedding cake mimics a Geo rock, but also a stary sky, thanks to the hard work of Magpies Bakery. We are equally obsessed with the bonfire groom’s cake that was designed by the bride. Whitney even added a working fan underneath to mimic fire! It was a special surprise for Cheyne.
We are equally obsessed with this bridal party’s style that was elegant but popped with color at the same time. The cranberry dresses against the neutral colors of the wedding venue made for a bridal look that gets our Pinterest board ready.
If you are looking for your own celestial wedding, we cannot recommend The Press Room Knoxville enough. With thousands of twinkle lights, you will think that your reception was under a sky full of stars. Contact us today to talk about your wedding today.
