Modern Champagne-Fueled Wedding Overlooking the Smoky Mountains

Modern, Champagne-Fueled Wedding Overlooking the Smoky Mountains

Fun. Formal. Champagne-fueled, but elegantly relaxed. When recounting Meg and Will’s wedding at The Trillium Venue in Sevierville, Tennessee, that’s exactly how I feel. From the bride’s decision to have a first look with both her father and her future husband to the focus on personal vows, every bit of this wedding perfectly matched the couple’s unique and entertaining vibe. I can’t get enough of every memorable element — especially their fun champagne tower!

Bud Vases Galore

Vintage Floral Design crafted floral arrangements that added a wow factor to every nook and cranny of this mountain-top wedding venue. Intricate bud vases and local blooms, zinnias, dahlia, hydrangea, camomile, and myrtle greenery, hung effortlessly from the head table arbor provided by Marsh Made Design. These different floral arrangements in various shapes and sizes are a hot new trend popping up at wedding after wedding. These clustered vases provide the same feeling as floral garland gives off that guests really enjoy. The hanging centerpieces allowed more space on the table below, allowing guests to access their champagne glasses easily!

Wedding Ceremony and Arbor Goals

Before any champagne-fueled wedding reception can begin, vows need to be spoken. What better place than overlooking The Great Smoky Mountain National Park? For a subtle ceremony arbor, the bride and groom opted for a wedding arbor that seamlessly blended with the natural surrounding in the background. The arch of loose myrtle greenery paired well with the natural wood chairs that dotted the outside patio of the venue.

Champagne Tower and Stations

Now, let’s get to the champagne part of the evening. Have you practiced your pour? Stacked bubbly is becoming a highly sought-after trend. Champagne towers are downright glamorous, not to mention totally camera-ready. And if you are planning a champagne-fueled wedding, you will want to have one of these!

Stacked Bubbly

A wedding couple can stack the bubbly in a few different ways. Meg and Will selected the classic option with coup glasses and created a four-tier tower. Filling coup glasses is tricky, but these two made it look easy and fun!

Cocktail Hour Elegancy

Filled champagne glasses really set the tone that the party is ready to start. It’s a great way to offer up drinks to everybody! It is also a genius way to toast the newlyweds right after the wedding ceremony. This champagne-fueled wedding displayed shelves full of champagne, glitter champagne, and even non-alcoholic drinks.
