Rainy Spring Wedding at Dara’s Garden
It was a chilly day at this rainy spring wedding at Dara’s Garden, but you couldn’t tell by the warm smiles and happy tears from Rachel and Corey. Their love for each other was absolutely palpable at their melton hill engagement session, and I expected nothing less from them on their wedding day. But can you seriously blame them for their excitement or enthusiasm?! They were getting married to the loves of their lives, and we were so happy to catch all the special moments.
Special Moments
There were so many special moments at Rachel and Corey’s wedding at Dara’s Garden. We started the day off with a tender letter from Corey to his bride and followed it up with a serenade on the guitar. Tears fell from both of them as they saw each other for the first time at the stairs landing at Dara’s Garden. Moving along to couple photos, these two couldn’t keep their smiles to themselves! They walked along the stone-covered paths together, danced together, and embraced. We even got a great air pump from Corey!
Now, let’s not forget the first man in Rachel’s life: her father. Having a daughter of my own, I know how special a moment it can be between a father and his little girl. He was beaming when he saw her for the first time in her wedding dress; his little girl had grown up to become a lovely young woman. And in just a short time, he would walk her down the aisle to awaiting husband.
And can we hear it for a good ole traditional flower exit at the ceremony? We love sparkler exits, lavender exits, and bubble exits. But, a rose petal exit after the first kiss is seriously epic. And Corey and Rachel’s laughter can be heard through the photos!
