The Willow Pond offers a beautiful and romantic setting beside a serene pond and lush willow tree. Guests enter via a winding stone stairway leading to a picturesque scene with a flowing pond fountain and stunning willow trees. With flexible seating for up to 200 guests and golf cart accessibility, it’s a perfect spot for an unforgettable celebration.

Perhaps the most photographic area on the property is Willow Ridge itself. This picture-perfect setting includes a peaceful pond, a weeping willow tree, cattails, and natural beauty in every direction. Getting Ready at The Lodge

The Lodge is your go-to area for getting ready. It offers a spacious dressing area for the entire bridal party, with dressing tables, mirrors, lights, and comfortable seating. Calm your pre-wedding nerves as you prepare in this convenient and luxurious space. A private bridal suite gives the bride time to prepare for the event.

Wedding Receptions at The Manor

After your amazing outdoor wedding, invite everyone to The Manor for a fun and beautiful wedding reception. This facility includes a large room with an open-rafter ceiling, plenty of room for tables and a dance floor, and large windows to let in the mountain sunshine. Decorate The Manor to suit your personal tastes.

Wedding Amenities and Guest Logistics

Willow Ridge Special Event Center has enough tables and chairs to seat about 200 guests in The Manor. Plus, you get catering tables, a cake table, a sign-in table, and a gift table. Willow Ridge Special Event Center does not provide catering, but they have suggestions for excellent local caterers. The caterer’s kitchen in The Manor is for staging, cooling, and warming only. Cooking is not allowed on the premises. If you plan to serve alcohol at your reception, this venue requires you to hire a licensed and insured bartending service for liability purposes.

The wedding party will use the private bridal suite, the groom’s room, and the bridesmaid suite in The Lodge.

A paved parking area accommodates up to 40 cars, and half of those spots are elderly-friendly. Additional parking (up to 80 more cars) is available on a grass parking lot.

Indoor bathroom facilities are available for all your guests.

Wedding Venue Rental and Pricing

Willow Ridge Special Event Center makes it easy to understand your wedding day costs. They divide pricing into three seasons: peak, on-season, and off-season.
