This wedding venue is highly sought after by couples looking for a luxury mountainside wedding venue. The wide views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park provide a breathtaking backdrop to wedding ceremonies and receptions. Your guests will be oohing and ahhing before you even say your vows at The Trillium Venue on your wedding day!

The Getting-Ready Locations

This luxurious mountain venue location in Sevierville, TN, is equipped with an epic bridal suite overlooking the Smoky Mountains. With natural light pouring in from the large windows, it is the perfect spot where your nuptial vision comes to life.

Now, let’s not forget about the groom’s suite situation next to the bridal suite. It is the perfect combination of great mountain views and modern amenities. The Grand Hall

The highlight of the inside of The Trillium is its Grand Hall. This large, airy room features a vaulted raised ceiling. Wood beams add the perfect touch to blend elegance and mountain style together. Great big windows help everyone feel like they are right there in the mountains. The door openings are also large, in the style of garage doors. Guests will feel like they are free to wander outside to the porch area and gaze into the smoky distance. This reception hall can be decorated with your style, whether you prefer a modern look, a rustic look, or a lush and elegant look. The hardwood floor is perfect for dancing. When the lights from the chandeliers shine down on your first dance, you’re going to think you fell into Smoky Mountain heaven!

The Mountain Location

The Trillium is located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains with a breathtaking panoramic view. Specifically, it is perched atop Bluff Mountain. Its height and prime location offer some of the best views you’ll ever see. This isn’t just a peak through the treetops. This is an epic 180-degree view meant to blow you away with its majestic beauty. In the distance, you can spot downtown Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The drive up to the venue is gorgeous, but the actual location is stunning, perfect for a mountain destination wedding. The venue also offers wooded trails for adventurous guests and interesting photo ops.

The Trillium Family

This new venue is actually a younger sister to another mountain wedding venue I love: The Magnolia. The owners of The Magnolia do such a great job making weddings memorable for everyone involved. Their new venue is sure to be as big of a success as The Magnolia. Being family-owned is important because weddings are all about family. Family values, like honesty and goodwill, are built right into the venue. The people who run the venue know how to make your day extra special. If you choose The Trillium for your wedding venue, you’ll feel like you are one of the family, too!

Set in the scenic beauty of The Trillium Venue, mountains rise majestically under a cloudy sky. Two floral arrangements with pink and peach flowers grace the space beside a metal railing, offering a stunning view. White chairs are partially visible, adding an elegant touch to this picturesque setting.

What I Can Offer You at The Trillium

I am a professional wedding photographer with a lot of experience in mountain weddings in the Smoky Mountains. My studio is in Knoxville, Tennessee, but I love to travel to destination weddings. I capture your special day, making it a day you will remember for a lifetime. My photographs are designed to trigger your happy moments, from the first nervous walk down the aisle to the moment the newlywed couple leaves the premises.

My photography style is about capturing real moments, like a documentary. Instead of making guests pose, I will shoot the genuine moments. I love to capture emotions. My photos may remind you of the hilarity of a funny toast at the reception or the tenderness of the father-daughter embrace. Of course, there will be plenty of romance, too. I guarantee that your wedding photos will be treasures you’ll come back to over and over again.

A memorable elopement at the foothills of the Smokies! And guess what? It didn’t actually occur IN the NPS. Shocked! 🤣

Remember, there are so many amazing locations in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Sevierville, and Wears Valley that are perfect for a “smoky mountain elopement.” Find the place that speaks to you! This mid-century mod location was perfect for Alaina and Travis.

And then…hire me to photograph it! Easy peasy!

I sent over 47,000 images to clients in 2024. When I tell you that indecision fatigue is a real thing when posting to social media, I mean it.

So, here is a single photo to post. I love it. It’s a favorite.

The story?

Pretty simple. The best man dropped the rings and we all about lost our minds 🤣
