The Venue

The Barn at Faith Farms is a unique wedding venue for a rustic setting. From the barn to the 150-year-old Osage Orange Tree, the venue provides the charm and beauty for your photography backdrop. Part of what makes The Barn at Faith Farms so special is the multiple options for your special day. Let’s take a closer look at what the venue provides:

The Rustic Barn

The barn is the ideal location for a rustic wedding reception. Garage doors open to make this an indoor/outdoor setting — a convenient feature in the event of gray skies.  String lights and exposed beams create a rustic ambiance for dancing, eating, and laughing with your guests.

Chandeliers add elegance to the setting, as guests sit at the round tables and the wedding party at long wooden tables. With a seating capacity of 350, the Barn at Faith Farms is the ultimate reception setting for your Tennessee wedding.

The Osage Orange Tree

Couples delight in starting their marriage journey under the 150-year-old Osage Orange Tree on the property. The tree is one of 20 such trees on the property. The Osage Orange Tree has stood the test of time, making it a serene outdoor setting for your ceremony.

The Hearth

The stacked stone, wood-burning fireplace is a beautiful feature of the barn. In addition, antique church pews are available for guests as they witness your exchange of love.

The venue also offers a bridal cottage and a porterhouse. As you prepare for your ceremony, these two locations serve the bridal party and the groom’s party; a bonus to The Barn at Faith Farms is the gazebo, a perfect backdrop for wedding photography.

The reality is that this venue provides a beautiful backdrop throughout the 20-acre property. As a professional wedding photographer based in Knoxville, I’m excited about The Barn at Faith Farms. The setting is one of rustic romance amongst the mountains of Eastern Tennessee. Nothing is better when it comes to a peaceful place to commit your love.

Planning a wedding is almost a full-time job. The Barn at Faith Farms staff understands the stress, and anxiety couples feel as they plan their big day. To help, the venue offers:

There’s even a golf cart available for use for last-minute running to your car or between buildings. But, perhaps the grandest offering is that of two attendants. Their job? To open the barn doors for a grand entrance by the lucky couple.

Knoxville Wedding Photographer

As a Knoxville-based professional wedding photographer, I love capturing the special moments of your incredibly special day. It is a moment in time and something that demands an investment in professional photography.

Eastern Tennessee is special to me as it is my home. There’s something about the beautiful Smoky Mountains and the farms that dot the landscape. A venue like that of the Barn at Faith Farms is ideal for capturing love amongst a natural backdrop.

Speaking of natural, it is the type of photography I do best. My documentary-style approach means the photographs I capture are unrehearsed and unplanned, as like this October wedding. I seek the shared glances from across the barn, as they encompass the emotions of the day.

Wedding photographs remain long after the day itself. So, once you choose the Barn at Faith Farms as your rustic wedding venue, contact me. The sooner we connect concerning your date and my schedule, the better.

Your Barn at Faith Farms Wedding Photography

Finding the right wedding photographer for your Barn at Faith Farms wedding is important. Of course, choosing linens, the reception menu, and other fine details are necessary too. However, choosing a wedding photographer is a top priority during the wedding planning process.

No matter how much planning you do, something can and probably will go wrong. Bumps and hiccups are commonplace in weddings and receptions; how you respond is essential for rolling with the changes. Yet, ironically, it is often the unplanned portions of weddings that can make for memorable moments.

My experience includes learning to adjust to changes and to capture unexpected moments. I love capturing couples and their guests as they act naturally, forgetting about the camera.

I am happy to determine if my wedding experience and photography skills meet your needs. By connecting now, we can both get on the same page regarding your date, venue, along with my availability and fees.
