A Historic Knoxville Estate

Maple Grove Estate was originally built in 1799. At the time, it was a private residence of Reverend Graham Ramsey. It remained a private residence until 1993 when it became a Bed and Breakfast. During the following years, it was home to wedding parties and other events.

In 2018, this beautiful home was renovated by the Shankles Family. The renovation was to renew its outstanding Georgian/Federal-style roots, complete with red-brick patios and wood trim. In 2019, it reopened its doors to reveal the home’s true beauty, which is only accentuated by the 15.5 acres of Tennessee land, making it the perfect place for gorgeous and romantic weddings.
