The Big Orange Bus, an old VW bus, provides a memorable setting for mini-sessions.

Its retro charm is the perfect way to end the summer and celebrate the upcoming University of Tennessee Volunteer Football Season!

Located in the center of Knoxville, these mini-sessions are easily accessible! The sessions will be at the Laurel Church of Christ parking lot (3457 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919) next to the shaded Third Creek Greenway! The shaded location also ensures comfortable shooting during the summer day, providing a hassle-free experience for everyone!

The first half of 2026 has been such a wonderful adventure. It’s hard to put into words just how different each session and wedding can be. One day I’m spending 10 hours in the mountains photographing a wedding, and the next I’m chasing a toddler around a park just a few minutes from my home.

There’s one thing that has always been true about this job: every session is different. Every wedding is different. Every couple, every family, every story, every edit brings something new.

I’m just incredibly grateful for all the different that fills my world. Thank you for trusting me with your memories, your milestones, and the moments that make each day unlike the one before.

You may notice I’m a little quieter on social media over the next month.

In a digital world, while raising a tween, I’ve realized my face needs to be looking at hers more than it needs to be looking at my screen. My phone is going to spend a lot more time on the charger while I spend more intentional time at the pool, embracing this hot weather and soaking up these different kinds of summer days with my family.

The work will still be here. The emails will still get answered. Weddings and sessions will get booked (I’m still HERE).

But these summers? They don’t last forever.
