Documentary Family Photographers
This is my fifth time with the Lamb Family, which makes them my longest standing family to date. I know that there are a lot of documentary family photographers in the Knoxville area, but my heart swells when I realize how long we have been together. I took their first photos when Hayes was just three months old, and I feel like he has grown up right before my eyes. I was actually comparing photos the other day, and it just sunk into me how fleeting our time with our babies really is. And little Ryan is holding her own! Isn’t she the cutest with those little pink glasses?
This was the fourth documentary family photos in their home, but this was a first at their new home! How exciting! We ventured down behind their home for some traditional family portraits, and then I chased after these two little ones while they played on the playground and pow-wowed in front of the house for a little snack. I really enjoyed this part of the session as we chatted about the good things that happened that day. The little ones then bounded up the stairs for bathtime followed by story time with daddy. Reading is one of the things that I love best about a nighttime routine. Everyone cuddled up together on a lap or in bed always brings back such great memories for me. And I know that we enjoy story time at our hose as well.
I hope you enjoyed the photos of this cute southern family! And be on the lookout for their time with me for round number six!
