Cooper’s Cove at Heritage Park
What is more beautiful than a bride and groom standing together beneath a weeping willow tree alongside a reflective pond? Add majestic views of the Great Smoky Mountains into the background, and you have one of the loveliest wedding venues in the area. Cooper’s Cove at Heritage Park is located at the foothills of the Smokies, very close to the Townsend entry. With amazing photo ops and a gorgeous indoor reception area, you and your guests will find everything you need to make your wedding absolutely perfect.
The Venue
Cooper’s Cove offers acres of natural mountain beauty to the wedding party and guests. When you rent it for your big day, you get exclusive access to the entire venue, including the grounds, gardens, and buildings. This is a big deal because some venues host multiple weddings on the same day. At Cooper’s Cove, your wedding is the center of attention. This also means you should plan early to ensure your date is available.
Sydni’s Point
The outdoor areas include Sydni’s Point, a wide, open grassy field with trees and mountain views surrounding it. Sydni’s Point practically begs to be part of a panoramic photograph. It’s also ideal for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
Cooper’s Cove
Perhaps the most photographic area on the property is Cooper’s Cove itself. This picture-perfect setting includes a peaceful pond, a weeping willow tree, cattails, and natural beauty in every direction. As your wedding photographer, I can assure you that your wedding photos in Cooper’s Cove will be as romantic and pretty as the looks in your eyes.
Logan’s Lodge
Logan’s Lodge is your go-to area for getting ready. It has a spacious dressing area for the entire bridal party, with dressing tables, mirrors, lots of lights, and comfortable sitting places. Calm your pre-wedding nerves as you prepare in this convenient and luxurious space. A private bridal suite gives the bride some alone time to anticipate the coming event.
The Manor
After your amazing outdoor wedding, send everyone into The Manor for a fun and beautiful wedding reception. This facility includes a large room with an open-rafter ceiling, plenty of room for tables and a dance floor, plus large windows to let in the mountain sunshine. Decorate The Manor to suit your personal tastes.

Amenity Details
Cooper’s Cove has enough tables and chairs to seat about 200 guests in The Manor. Plus, you get catering tables, a cake table, a sign-in table, and a gift table. Cooper’s Cove does not provide its own catering, but they do have suggestions for excellent caterers in the area. The caterer’s kitchen in The Manor is only for staging, cooling, and warming. Cooking is not allowed on the premises. If you plan to serve alcohol at your reception, this venue requires you to hire a licensed and insured bartending service for liability purposes.
A rustic arbor is included for the ceremony and pictures.
The wedding party will use the private bridal suite, the groom’s room, and the bridesmaid suite in Logan’s Lodge.
There is a paved parking area for up to 40 cars, and half of those spots are elderly-friendly. Additional parking (up to 80 more cars) is available on a grass parking lot.
There are indoor bathroom facilities for all your guests.
Employees of Cooper’s Cove are on hand to keep your event running smoothly and to solve any facility issues that might pop up. The organizers are very friendly; you can count on them to smooth out any wrinkles in your wedding planning.
